Freezing Threat Over Two Nights

A freeze warning is in effect for the area from midnight until 9 a.m. Sunday morning.

More freezing temperatures are possible Sunday night, according to the National Weather Service.

Temperatures will be around 30 degrees Saturday night and Sunday night.

“Unprotected vegetation sensitive to freezing temperatures will be killed or damaged,” according to the NWS.

A freeze watch is in effect from midnight Monday until 9 a.m. Monday morning.

Sunday night will bring the coldest temperatures we’ve had so far this fall.

But warm temps are expected to return next week, with highs in the 70s by Thursday.
