We are currently hiring for full-time positions for a second Assistant Director role. Candidate needs to be caring and a self-starter, with strong organization skills, love for innovation, able to manage staff and most of all able to nurture and engage with the children.

Assistant Director Job Description:

• Ensure that the academy operates in accordance with Kiddie Academy policies and requirements and in compliance with all state licensing childcare standards.
• Maintain the safety, security, and well-being of the children, parents, and staff.
• Ensure that all goals for quality control, curriculum implementation, staff management and training, parent communication, financial performance, record keeping, facility operations, and community outreach campaigns are met.
• Assist in conducting family tours, completing children and teachers' files, promoting new enrollments
• Assist in making sure lessons plan are planned and implemented and coach teachers to enhance curriculum and program

The Kiddie Academy Assistant Director will work in conjunction with the Academy Director to develop and shape the new academy, as well as maintain a high-quality program.

Minimum Qualifications for a lead position can be any of the following:

• 3 years or more of hands-on management experience in an assistant director capacity role
• A bachelor/CDA in early childhood development with a 5 year programmatic experience
• Ability to manage small/medium teams and properly communicate with families and staff
• Advanced computer literacy and experience with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc...
