Man Arrested For Exposing Himself To Girl In Sterling: LCSO
A man has been arrested for exposing himself to a girl at a Michaels store in Sterling, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

STERLING, VA—A man has been arrested for exposing himself to a girl June 20 at a Michaels store in the 24600 block of Dulles Landing Drive, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Kingson E. Thomas, 37, of Waldorf, Md., was charged Tuesday, June 25, with taking indecent liberties with a child. He was arrested in Maryland and is awaiting extradition to Virginia.
The investigation by the LCSO Special Victims Unit came after the girl said she was walking down an aisle at the store when a man exposed himself. He didn't say anything to her and didn't touch her. The girl's mother alerted police when told about the incident.
