Man Buys Candy with Counterfeit Money in Ashburn: LCSO
The public's help is needed with information about a suspect who made a purchase at an Ashburn CVS using a counterfeit $100 bill.

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — A man bought candy using a counterfeit $100 bill in an Ashburn CVS, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office (LCSO).
Deputies say that on Thursday, Sept. 22 at about 5:30 p.m. a CVS employee reported that a suspect entered the CVS in the 42000 block of Eastern Kingbird Plaza in Ashburn and purchased candy.
After the suspect received his change he exited the business on foot.

The suspect is described as a Black male in his mid-to late 30’s, approximately 6’00 tall, 215 lbs., bald, with a thin goatee. The male was wearing a grey camo T-shirt, black sunglasses, black jeans, and grey/black tennis shoes.
This case is pending, according to the LCSO.
