Man Charged in Attempted Abduction/Assault at Dulles Gateway Exxon
A man has been charged after reportedly assaulting a cashier and forcing her into a store bathroom at the Dulles Gateway Exxon in Sterling.

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an attempted assault and abduction early Wednesday morning at the Dulles Gateway Exxon in Sterling.
A male subject reportedly asked a female cashier if he could use the restroom at the Exxon, located at the 45600 block of Falke Plaza. The male entered the restroom and grabbed the cashier’s arm, attempting to pull her into the restroom. The cashier attempted to pull away and said she was going to call the police when the suspect fled the area.
Deputies responded located a vehicle matching the description of the suspect’s vehicle. The suspect was identified as 34-year-old Horace Stephenson, III, of no fixed address. Stephenson was charged with simple assault, abduction and obscene sexual display. He remains held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on no bond.
