Mass. Fugitive Wanted for Intent to Murder Located in Sterling
Officials located a man wanted for intent to murder in Massachusetts Sunday on Conoy Court in Sterling.
A man wanted on charges in Massachusetts, including intent to murder, was apprehended Sunday in Sterling, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.
Jose Benitez, 26, faces charges of intent to murder, mayhem and assault and battery with a deadly weapon.
Deputies located Benitez at a residence on the 10 block of Conoy Court around 1:56 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 14. He was taken into custody without incident.

Benitez remains held on a fugitive from justice warrant at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center pending extradition.
