New Townhome Model Opening Saturday At One Loudoun

ASHBURN, VA—A new townhome development will hold its "grand reveal and model opening" Saturday, according to Miller & Smith developers. West Village at One Loudoun is along Russell Branch Parkway just west of Central Park, and is a neighborhood of 40 new homes.

The three-story townhomes included three-four bedrooms and up to 3 1/2 baths. Said Miller & Smith president Doug Smith in a statement: "Our vision for West Village was to blend bold architecture and contemporary lines with classic elegance and endless amenities. Coupled with One Loudoun’s ability to provide a unique social hub, West Village matches city living with the serenity of a wooded oasis and a peaceful garden aesthetic."
