'No Foul Play' Concluded in July Death Investigation: LCSO

An investigation has concluded that a Sterling woman died in July 2016 from a prescription drug overdose and no foul play was involved.

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — An investigation by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) and the Office of the Medical Examiner has concluded there was no foul play involved in the July 2016 death of a 24-year-old Sterling, Va. woman, according to the LCSO.

The 24-year-old was found deceased by a family member shortly after 11:45 a.m. on July 1 inside her renovated apartment, located inside the garage of the home in the 300 block of Cardinal Glen Circle, Sterling.

The final report of the Office of the Medical Examiner determined the victim passed away due to an overdose of prescription medications.
