STERLING, VA — One would be hard-pressed to pick better weather conditions than the ones expected for Northern Virginia this weekend, according to data from the National Weather Service's area outlet in Sterling. For sure, something that could be mistaken for late summer continues to linger — a least during the day.

Following a mostly clear Friday night with lows in the 50s, both Saturday and Sunday should feature daytime conditions with highs in the mid-70s, a sunny sky and minimal wind.
