ASHBURN, VA — Police are looking for whoever scratched a racial slur onto the trunk of a woman's car during the overnight hours of Wednesday, July 24, in the 21000 block of Fowlers Mill Circle, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

LCSO spokesman Colin Whittington said Friday the owner of the vehicle is not a minority, and that it's unclear why the car was vandalized. Anyone with information is urged to call police at 703-777-0407.
