Kerrigan’s Korners provide patients and families access to technology as a means for relaxation, communication and therapy during their hospital stays. The Kerrigan’s Korner is stocked with laptops, tablets, video game systems and more.

On Tuesday, Nov. 8, Kerrigan opened a new Kerrigan's Korner at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C. It's the 4th Kerrigan's Korner, with the additional locations at Children’s National in Washington, D.C.; Inova Children’s Hospital in Falls Church, Va.; and The HSC Pediatric Center in Washington, D.C.

“I am proud that MedStar Georgetown University Hospital is the location for my fourth Kerrigan’s Korner,” said Kerrigan. “This wouldn’t have been possible without the generosity of the Morrissette Family Foundation. I am lucky to work and live in a community that supports me on and off the field.”

In September, Kerrigan raised more than $260,000 at a Washington Redskins Celebrity Waiter Night event during which Kerrigan and several teammates served wine to the guests.
