Shoplifting Suspects Arrested at Dulles Town Center: LCSO

In separate incidents, one suspect was arrested for shoplifting at Macy's and another suspect at JCPenney's in the Dulles Town Center.

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — Two suspects were arrested for shoplifting in the Dulles Town Center in separate incidents, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office (LCSO).

Deputies say that on Oct. 21 at 4:35 p.m. LCSO responded to Macy's in reference to a male suspect stealing items from the business. The suspect was located and identified as Ray. V. Warren, 34, of Herndon.

Warren was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny.

Warren also was served with an outstanding warrant from Fairfax County.

He is being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center without bond, according to the LCSO.

On Oct. 22 at 6 p.m. LCSO responded to JCPenney's in reference to a female suspect stealing items from the business. The suspect was located and identified as, Angela W. Taylor, 38, of Washington, D.C.

Taylor was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny.

Taylor is being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center without bond, according to the LCSO.
