Sobriety Checkpoint Planned In Loudoun County
A sobriety checkpoint conducted by the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office, along with MADD, has been scheduled for the area.

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — If you're headed out Friday night, July 26, in this sprawling county, you might want to think twice before having that third drink. That's because somewhere, at an obviously undisclosed location, will lurk a sobriety checkpoint conducted by the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
The checkpoint is scheduled to begin shortly after 10 p.m. Assisting with the checkpoint will be members of the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office auxiliary unit and volunteers from the Loudoun chapter of MADD, or Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
"The sobriety checkpoint is a reminder to residents to make the smart choice, don't drink and drive," Loudoun County Sheriff Mike Chapman said in a release.
