Suspect Arrested for Touching Sleeping Woman, Burglary: LCSO

A Herndon man was arrested after a Sterling woman allegedly woke up to find him touching her and then stealing her wallet.

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — A suspect has been arrested for allegedly touching a women who was sleeping in her bed in Sterling and then stealing money before fleeing the scene on Sunday, Sept. 18 at 4:18 a.m., according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office (LCSO).

Deputies say that Gerardo Enamorado-Pineda, 18, of Herndon, was arrested on September 20 in connection with the burglary.

The victim reported that she was awakened by a male touching her while she was in her bed. She
yelled and the male ran out of the house located in the 1800 block of N. Brandon Ave. in Sterling.

The suspect stole money from the victim’s wallet before fleeing.

Enamorado-Pineda was charged with Grand Larceny, Burglary, and Sexual Battery.

He is being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center without bond, according to the LCSO.
