Suspicious Event Involving Masked Suspect at Legacy Park

A resident walking along a footpath Friday morning at the intersection of Legacy Park Drive and Olympia Drive told authorities she observed a male wearing a tan jacket and a dark ski mask, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.

The resident later turned around and observed the male suspect walking toward her. She left the area and later reported the incident to authorities.

The incident occurred Friday, Oct. 31 at 9:25 a.m.
