STERLING, VA—Police are investigating two suspicious incidents involving children being photographed or filmed without their permission, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

In the most recent incident, Monday, April 8, police responded around 7:30 a.m. to the area of Spotswood Road and Bickel Court. Police found that an unknown man appeared to be taking pictures from his vehicle of either a school bus or students. He was described as a dark-skinned man of south Asian descent, around 40 years old and weighing 200 to 220 pounds. He was driving a gray Toyota Rav4 that possibly was part of a taxi service.

In the other incident, around 3:30 p.m. Saturday, April 6, police received a report of an unknown man filming a child inside the Walmart at 45400 Dulles Crossing Plaza. He was described as white, around 5-10 or 5-11, 250 pounds with light hair (blonde or gray). He was wearing a blue polo-style shirt and light jeans.
