Vehicle Vandalism Spree Continues in Ashburn: LCSO

More reports of smashed windows and BB gun damage to cars have been made to Loudoun Deputies. Many items have been stolen, including a gun.

ASHBURN, VA — More reports of vandalism and theft from vehicles in Ashburn and Leesburg have been reported to have occurred in this week between Nov. 15-17, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office (LCSO).

Incidents were reported to have occurred at the following Ashburn locations:

  • 23000 block of Boca Field Terrace: A vehicle was entered during the overnight hours of Nov. 15-16 and multiple items were stolen, including a handgun.
  • 23000 block of Epperson Square: An unlocked vehicle was entered between midnight and 6 a.m. on Nov. 16. Multiple items were stolen.
  • 42000 block of Benfold Square: A vehicle’s window was smashed and it was entered into in the overnight hours of Nov. 16-17. Multiple items were stolen.

Vehicle windows in Ashburn have also been reported to have been shot at by what appears to have been BB gun pellets in the overnight hours between Nov. 15-16, according to the LCSO.

Incidents were reported at the following Ashburn locations:

  • 42000 block of Vestal Gap Drive
  • 43000 block of Lucketts Bridge Circle (multiple windows)
