What's Open, Closed On Presidents Day 2018 In Ashburn
A handful of services in Ashburn will take a long weekend to celebrate Presidents Day.
ASHBURN, VA — As Americans commemorate Washington and Lincoln's birthdays for Presidents Day, a handful of services will be closed for the federal holiday on Monday, Feb. 19. All federal government offices will close on Presidents Day, as well as all post offices and most banks.
Here's a rundown of what's open and closed for the holiday:
- Loudoun County Offices: Closed Monday, Feb. 19
- Loudoun County Public Schools: Closed Monday, Feb. 19
- State Offices: Commonwealth of Virginia offices will be closed Monday, Feb. 19, including the Loudoun Circuit Court, General District Court and Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court in Leesburg.
- Loudoun County Animal Services: Closed Mondays
- Loudoun County Public Library: All branches will be closed Monday.
