Woman Wakes to Find Burglar Touching Her: LCSO

A woman reported to law enforcement that she woke up to an unknown male touching her while she was in her bed sleeping at her Sterling home.

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — A Sterling woman reported that she woke up to a male touching her while she was in her bed sleeping on Sept. 18 at 4:18 a.m, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office (LCSO).

Deputies say that the woman reported that she yelled and the male ran out of the house located in the 1800 block of N. Brandon Ave. in Sterling.

The suspect stole money from the victim’s wallet before fleeing.

The suspect is described as young, tall and with an average build. He was wearing dark clothing.

This case is pending, according to the LCSO.
