The 888-acre park will begin construction on a new 7,000-feet sewer line in early August that ultimately will connect to a proposed clubhouse and other facilities.

As such, various parts of the park will be disrupted, and residents are being told to expect an increase in construction vehicles entering and leaving the site. Because of the work, the volleyball courts will be closed after Labor Day.
