Clifton Day Festival 2016: Map, Entertainment, Parking and More
More than 25,000 visitors are expected Sunday at the 49th annual gala.

CLIFTON, VA — The tiny town of Clifton gets its day in the spotlight Sunday when it puts on the 49th edition the Clifton Day Festival, a gala that annually attracts more than 25,000 visitors to a locale with some 300 residents.
It's akin to a mini-county fair with most of the usual attractions, including live music, food and drink, arts and crafts, antiques, kids activities, a petting zoo and much more.
Too, it's the only day of the year the Virginia Railway Express makes a stop-and-return visit to the town's rail station. No cost for those arriving and $5 for those leaving.
