Northern Virginia Weather: Rainy Inauguration Day
According to the National Weather Service, the rain won't completely clear out until Tuesday, meaning a mostly washed-out weekend.

STERLING, VA — Pockets of sunshine were almost everywhere Thursday, with the emphasis on pockets, but little has changed about Friday's rainy forecast for Inauguration Day, according to the National Weather Service.
Namely, there's a 90 percent chance of rain Friday, most of it before 3 p.m. After that should come a drizzle with an occasional shower.
Gloom will continue to descend upon the D.C. area throughout the weekend, with various amounts of rainfall expected each day until matters finally clear Tuesday.
