Watch: Burke Kid Interviews Super Bowl LIII Players

Corbin Boehm, 12, got to interview Tom Brady, Jared Goff and other players.

BURKE, VA—Each year before the Super Bowl, players answer questions from the media on Opening Night. At this year's event on Monday, Jan. 28, some of the most insightful questions came from a Burke 12-year-old.

Corbin Boehm, a sixth-grader at Terra Centre Elementary School, was the winner of the 2018 Panini America Super Bowl Kid Reporter contest. He was chosen from 10 randomly-selected finalists among 63,000 entries nationwide. Panini America, the trading card partner of the NFL, chose Boehm based on the questions he would ask at the Super Bowl.

As the contest winner, Boehm chatted with players from the New England Patriots and Los Angeles Rams alongside former Super Bowl champion Trent Dilfer. He got quite a few highlights in the process, including asking Patriots quarterback Tom Brady about playing Rams quarterback Jared Goff, and Rams head coach Sean McVay about his influences. His questions ranged from hard-hitting (how the Patriots perceive the challenge of the Rams offense) to fun (how tall Rob Gronkowski was at age 12).
