What's Open, Closed For Easter 2021 In Burke

BURKE, VA — Easter 2021 marks our second amid the coronavirus pandemic, which means many people in Burke and throughout our state will once again opt to forgo the traditional Easter celebrations for smaller, more socially distanced festivities.

Here's a look at what's open and closed in the Burke area this Easter:

• Burke Centre Conservancy: Business office is open on weekdays only.
• Metrorail and Metrobus: Open. Check www.wmata.com/service/status for service updates.
• RECenters: Open noon to 6 p.m. (George Washington RECenter is closed)
• Fairfax County Libraries: Closed.
• Virginia Railway Express: VRE does not operate on weekends.
• I-66 Transfer Station and I-95 Landfill Complex: Closed.
