Alleged Drug Supplier Arrested in Connection with Drug-Related Death: Police
After a lengthy investigation, a 2nd person has been arrested in connection with the March 1 death of Alexia Springer, 17, of Centreville.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA — After a lengthy investigation, a second person has been arrested in the March 1 death of 17-year-old Alexia Springer, a resident of Centreville, according to the Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD).
Police say that an investigation determined that David Evers, 18, of Centreville, who was arrested on May 19 and pled guilty on Monday, Sept. 12, in connection with this case was linked to another man who allegedly supplied narcotics. A multi-jurisdictional Grand Jury indictment was issued, and that man, Daniel Armando Urrego, 19, of Manassas, was charged with manufacturing, selling, giving, distributing, or possessing with intent to manufacture, sell, give, or distribute a controlled substance or an imitation controlled substance.
On Tuesday, Sept. 13, detectives from the Fairfax County Fugitive Task Force arrested Urrego in Manassas, and transported him to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, according to the FCPD.
