Man Tries To Abduct Little Girl At School Bus Stop: Police
Police are searching for an unknown man who allegedly tried to kidnap an 8-year-old girl at her bus stop in Mount Vernon. On Wednesday, Jan. 24, the girl was walking home from her school bus stop around Frye Road and Madge Lane around 5:15 p.m. According to police, the unknown suspect approached and tried to chat with her. When she refused, he tried to grab her arm, then chased her.
