Man Wins $250,000 From Virginia Lottery in Centreville
The Centreville student waited more than six months before deciding to declare his winning ticket, bought at Mac's Circle K in Centreville.

CENTREVILLE, VA — Nisit Visavakul knew he had a winning Virginia Lottery scratch-off ticket early last summer. Summer passed, fall passed, Christmas passed and still Visavakul kept his secret to himself.
Apparently not in need of a quick cash infusion, the Centreville man simply sat on his ticket — worth $250,000.
"It was killing me," Visavakul said this week after finally deciding to claim his prize, adding he waited so long because he wanted to prudently weigh his options.
