Police Ask Public For Tips To ID Centreville Burglars
The three were spotted Thursday running across Stringfellow Road, say Fairfax County police.

CENTREVILLE, VA — The Fairfax County police are asking for the public's help in identifying three burglars who tried to break into a home Thursday in the 5300 block of Poplar Valley Court in Centreville. Detectives are seeking dashcam video of the area between 12:30 p.m. and 1:15 p.m.
At about 12:55 p.m. Thursday, a woman was home when she heard a knock at the door. She then heard a glass window break and saw three males run from the back of the house, the police said. Nothing was taken.
The three burglars were seen running across Stringfellow Road near Autumn Willow Drive where they jumped into a waiting vehicle, the police said.

The suspects are described as male, being of average height and having dark hair. If anyone has information about the suspects or the vehicle, they should contact Detective Song at 703-277-2072.
