Customs officers at Washington Dulles International Airport recently seized about $55,000 worth of counterfeit Nike Air Jordan shoes headed to Alexandria from China. The cargo of sneakers arrived in seven parcels on Dec. 15 from China, and were destined to the same address in Alexandria address, authorities said.
Drunk Man Causes Havoc At Medical Emergency Scene
A drunk man was arrested after disrupting the scene of an overdose in Annandale over the weekend. Officers at the scene were able to handle him as medics did their job, but it wasn't easy to get him into custody.

Worker Killed At Lorton Landfill Identified: Police
A worker killed in an accident Monday morning at the Lorton Landfill, 10001 Furnace Road, has been identified as Guido Maldonado, 52, of Gaithersburg, Md., according to Fairfax County Police.
Steve Bannon Out As Breitbart News Executive Chairman
Steve Bannon has stepped down from his position as executive chairman at Breitbart News. The news comes less than a week after the release of "Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House," in which author Michael Wolff quoted Bannon describing a June 2016 meeting at Trump Tower between Trump family members, campaign aides and a Russian lawyer as "treasonous" and "unpatriotic."

MLK Day March For Unity To Be Held In Falls Church
