CENTREVILLE, VA—When he scratched his lottery ticket, Centreville resident John Kenny had a thought: "Oh, man, I've won $200,000."
Indeed he did, winning the top prize in the Virginia Lottery's Big Money Maker game. When Kenny handed his ticket to the clerk in Kingstown Sunoco at Kingstown Center Drive in Alexandria, the clerk said, "We can't pay that!"
Kenny's odds of winning the top prize were 1 in 1,040,400. The line maintenance man said he'll use his newfound money to pay bills and provide for his family.
