CHANTILLY, VA — Fairfax County Fire and Rescue units responded around 10:30 a.m., on Thursday, for the report of a vehicle fire outside the McDonalds restaurant at 13003 Lee Jackson Memorial Highway, according to an emergency responder scanner.
