Chantilly Commercial Building's New Owner On The Hunt For Tenants
Edge, a commercial real estate firm, will handle all leasing activities at the building, now owned by Fortified Property Group.

CHANTILLY, VA — Fortified Property Group acquired a 30,000-square-foot commercial building in Chantilly, with nine loading docks and a large amount of surface parking, for $2.05 million from Caprice Company. Edge, a commercial real estate firm, represented Fortified Property Group in the deal and will handle all marketing and leasing activities for the vacant building.
The building, located at 4206 Technology Court in Chantilly, is a single-story, brick and glass building that features 16-foot ceiling heights, Edge said Tuesday in a news release. The building is located near Route 50, Route 28 and Interstate 66.
"This building is perfectly suited for a single-tenant user looking for strategic access to the Dulles corridor,” Scott Rabin, partner, Advisory Services for Edge, said Tuesday in a statement. “With suites ranging from 5,400 to 30,000 square feet, 4206 Technology Court can also accommodate a diverse range of users, including professional services firms, light manufacturing and warehouse/logistics operations.”
