DULLES, VA — Runways at Dulles International Airport reopened Saturday morning after closing for hours due to icy conditions at the airport:

  • Runway 12/30 opened at about 10 a.m.
  • Dulles has plenty of available runway capacity to handle today's remaining flights.

Several flights were canceled Saturday morning while runways were closed due to icy weather conditions. Residual delays and cancellations are expected while airlines gradually resume a normal schedule.
