Of Fairfax County's 239 Precincts, 29 Went Red in 2014 Senate Vote
Overall, the county gave 56% of its votes to incumbent Democrat Sen. Mark Warner. Of 239 precincts, here are the ones that voted red.

On election night, Virginia political observer Larry Sabato of UVA said for Twitter pundits to hold their fire, and wait for votes from Northern Virginia to be counted, before they counted out Sen. Mark Warner.
“On VA Senate...careful, prognosticators. Still very likely that Warner wins. Early votes unrep. Wait til Blue Wall (NoVa) comes in.”
The “Blue Wall” includes Fairfax County, which gave 176,364 or 56 percent of its votes, according to the unofficial tally from the State Board of Elections, to the incumbent senator from Alexandria.
