LOTTERY WINNER: A Chantilly woman finds herself $250,000 richer after buying a winning Virginia Lottery ticket.
CHANTILLY, VA—She looked at him. He looked at her.
"We couldn't believe it," Chantilly resident Eva Maria Ruiz told Virginia Lottery officials about the moment she and her husband came to the full realization that she had bought a winning ticket worth a cool $250,000 in, well, the $250,000 CASH game.
She bought it in the Signal Hill Sunoco at 9640 Liberia Avenue in Manassas, and her odds of winning were 1 in 1,836,000.
