Teen Riding Bicycle Hit By Vehicle: LCSO
A teen girl was airlifted to a hospital on Nov. 3 after being struck by a vehicle while riding her bicycle to a bus stop in Chantilly.

CHANTILLY, VA — A 13-year-old girl was riding her bicycle to a bus stop when she was struck by a vehicle in Chantilly on Nov. 3 at 6:59 a.m., according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office (LCSO).
Deputies say the teenager was struck as she attempted to cross Tall Cedars Parkway by the driver of a vehicle who was making a left turn from Eastgate View Drive onto Tall Cedars Parkway.
The teen was airlifted to Inova Fairfax Hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

She was not wearing a helmet or reflective gear at the time of the crash.
The crash remains under investigation, according to the LCSO.
