Holiday Flash Mob: Air Force Band Surprises Museum Guests

The U.S. Air Force Band surprised museum goers Tuesday with a surprise performance at the Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum.

The United States Air Force Band surprised museum goers at Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum on Tuesday with a holiday “flash mob” at the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center in Chantilly, Virginia.

The band surprised visitors with performances of “Greensleeves” and “Carol of the Bells.” In 2013, the band performed a similar flash mob including renditions of “Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring” and “Ode to Joy.”

“We had so much fun last year, we just had to do it again,” band leaders wrote on the Air Force Band Facebook page. “Happy holidays one and all!”
