
The Copperwood Tavern is slated to take the place of the former Bistro Bistro in Shirlington, according to DC Eater.
Entrees will include roast chicken, steak, macaroni and cheese, corn casserole and seasonal vegetables. For brunch, Copperwood Tavern will search a seafood brunch. The restaurant will sell 24 craft beers, a large selection of whiskey and local Virginia moonshines, according to DC Eater.

The Copperwood Tavern chef is the same as Irish Whiskey's, Sean McIntosh. The restaurant should open in August.
