Firefly Festival Set for Sunday
This fourth annual event will be held at C.F. Smith Park along the Potomac.
Nothing heralds summer like the blinking bioluminescense of fireflies at twilight.Â
To celebrate the beauty of these little bugs, Arlington County is hosting the fourth annual Firefly Festival at C.F. Smith Park along on the Potomac on Sunday.
The event starts at 7:30 p.m. and will include "bug hunts, games, crafts, walks, and talks about fireflies." Families are encouraged to bring blankets, picnic dinners and a sense of adventure!

The park is located at Fort C.F. Smith Park, 2411 N. 24th St. An entry fee of $5 will be charged.
