Free, Walk-Up COVID-19 Testing Kiosk Coming To Courthouse Plaza
Curative is opening its third free, walk-up COVID-19 testing kiosk for Arlington residents.
COURTHOUSE, VA — Starting Tuesday, Arlington residents will have a new place to go to get a free COVID-19 test without having to make an appointment.
Curative, which already operates two walk-up testing kiosks in the parking lots at Aurora Hills Community Center (735 18th St. S.) and Tucker Field at Barcroft Park (4200 S. Four Mile Run Drive), is opening a third kiosk in the parking lot at Courthouse Plaza.
The Courthouse Plaza kiosk will open Tuesday and will continue to operate seven days a week from 12-8 p.m.

“Bringing no-cost, walk-up COVID-19 testing to the Court House area is the latest step to remove barriers to testing for all Arlingtonians," Dr. Aaron Miller, director of the Department of Public Safety Communications and Emergency Management, said, in a release. "This site means daily access to testing in an especially dense, walkable part of the County where many people live and work."
People will be able to obtain free nasal swab tests that don't require a doctor's referral or government identification. The tests are available regardless of immigration status or whether you have insurance. Participants will be asked to share insurance information if they have it, so that the insurance providers can be billed. No co-pay is required.
