Indecent Exposure Arrest In Clarendon: Police Report
Arlington County Police charged a man with two counts of indecent exposure for two recent incidents in the Clarendon area.

CLARENDON, VA — Arlington County Police arrested a man Thursday in connection with two recent indecent exposure incidents in the Clarendon area, according to the daily crime report.
Officers responded around 9:31 a.m. to the 2800 block of Clarendon Blvd. for the report of an exposure. They learned that around 5 p.m. on July 16, the victim was walking in the area when a man pulled down his pants and exposed himself, according to police. Around 8:45 a.m. on Thursday, the same man approached the victim in the same area, pulled down his pants to expose himself and began touching himself inappropriately. The victim then called ACPD.
The officers canvassed the area and located the suspect, who was positively identified. William Wise, 53, of no fixed address, was charged with two counts of indecent exposure.
