Indecent Exposure Incident Reported Near Arlington Cemetery
A woman told police she spotted a man exposing himself outside her residence near Arlington National Cemetery.

ROSSLYN, VA — Arlington County Police are looking for a man who indecently exposed himself Thursday morning outside of a residence in the area of Arlington National Cemetery, according to the daily crime report.
Officers were dispatched around 10:10 a.m., for an indecent exposure report in the 1200 block of North Meade Street. They learned from the victim that she was in her residence when she saw a man walking back and forth outside her window numerous times, touching himself inappropriately. He then stopped in front of the window, exposed his genitals, and continued to touch himself. He fled shortly before police arrived.
ACPD described the suspect as a Black man with a medium to dark complexion and dreadlocks. He stood 6-feet tall and weighed less than 200 pounds. He was wearing black sweatpants, a hooded sweatshirt, and a black neck gaiter style mask. This case remains under investigation.
