ROSSLYN, VA — Arlington County Police are investigating the report of an indecent exposure that occurred on May 19 inside a Rosslyn building, according to the daily crime report.

A man was observed entering a building in the 1500 block of Clarendon Boulevard around 11:15 p.m. on May 19. The man remained in the lobby, according to a report filed online with police. The person who submitted the report said they saw the man masturbating, who was then asked to leave the building.

Police describe the suspect as a Black man, standing about 5-foot-8 and weighing 150 pounds, with black hair.
