Kids Put The Squeeze on This Week's Clarendon Truck Rally
Lemonade Stand to Benefit Local Children & Pets on Thursday, July 31
Join us weekly and enjoy a sampling of some of your favorite area food trucks for a great dinner on-the-go, post happy hour snack or a good meal before a night out in Clarendon! Each week we will feature a few savory meal trucks and a sweet dessert truck.
This week we have invited some special guests to attend the Clarendon Truck Rally! Children and volunteers from Arlington-Alexandria Coalition for the Homeless (AACH) will be setting up a Kid’s Lemonade Stand to raise money for Homeward Trails Animal Rescue and a summer field trip for the kids to Busch Gardens. Proceeds from lemonade sales will be split 50/50 between the two organizations.
The AACH Lemonade Stand will be available from 6:30-8 PM. Food will be available at the truck rally until 9 PM. Enjoy savory cuisine from Mediterranean Delights, the Tapas Truck and Village Cafe Express to go along with a cold and refreshing lemonade. Top it all off with the tangy sweetness of FROZENYO To Go and quench those shopping cravings with The Thread Truck who’ll be serving up a side of summer fashion.
