Malicious Wounding Charge Filed Against Herndon Man: Police
Arlington County Police arrested a Herndon man in connection with a stabbing that occurred early Saturday in the Clarendon area.
CLARENDON, VA — Arlington County Police charged a 25-year-old Herndon man in connection with a stabbing that occurred early Saturday morning in the Clarendon area, according to the daily crime report.
Officers responded around 1:39 a.m., for the report of a stabbing in the 3100 block of Key Boulevard. They found a male victim suffering from stab wounds and administered first aid until medics arrived. He was taken in stable condition to a local hospital for treatment.
A preliminary investigation revealed that the victim and suspect, who knew each other, got into an argument that escalated into a physical confrontation. During the altercation, police say the suspect pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim. The suspect, identified as Michael Hill of Herndon, remained on the scene following the altercation. Police took him into custody without incident.

Police charged Hill with aggravated malicious wounding and being drunk in public. He is bing held without bond.
