Naked DC Man Charged In Courthouse Indecent Exposure: Police

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police charged a D.C. man in connection with a Sunday morning indecent exposure and assault in the Courthouse area, according to the daily crime report.

Officers were dispatched around 10 a.m. to the 2100 block of Wilson Blvd. for the report of an exposure. A woman had been walking in the area when a man grabbed her by the arm from behind. When she turned around, she saw that he was naked. The man then fled the scene.

With the help of Metro Transit Police, ACPD officers located the suspect nearby and took him into custody. Police arrested Marcus Hawkins, 36, of Washington, D.C. and charged him with indecent exposure and assault and battery.
