Outdoor Beer Garden Coming To Clarendon This Summer

(Updated 2:35 p.m. Friday): CLARENDON, VA — A new outdoor beer garden is heading to Clarendon just in time for summer 2017.

While filings and online posts call the beer garden "The Lot," "The Beer Lot," or "Lot 10," it hasn't been confirmed what the beer garden will be officially titled yet.

The beer garden will take over a used car lot on the corner of Wilson Boulevard and 10th St. N., at 3217 10th Street N.

Social Restaurant Group is the company behind the beer garden. They recently opened Pamplona in Clarendon, and are also opening Bar Bao in Clarendon in the near future.

Patch spoke with one of the members of Social Restaurant Group, Mike Bramson. He said the outdoor beer garden will be 18,000-square-feet with some parking included on the premise.

"If permitting goes well, we plan to open at the beginning of June," Bramson told Patch.

The beer garden will have their own kitchen, but will also have food trucks on site daily, Bramson said. For beer, there will be at least 30 draft lines.
