Rosslyn 'Power Issue' Caused By Blown Transformer: Police
Police say the source of the issue was a transformer explosion. Roads were reopened late Tuesday afternoon.
UPDATE 5:28 p.m.: Authorities have determined a blown transformer was the cause. Dominion Energy has given the all-clear, and roads are being reopened.
