Unlawful Filming In Rosslyn Restroom Leads To Charges For MD Man

ROSSLYN, VA — Arlington County Police arrested a 23-year-old Christian Stewart, 23, of Waldorf, Maryland, in connection with a Thursday morning peeping incident at a Rosslyn restroom, according to the daily crime report.

Police responded around 3:25 a.m. for the report of a peeping. The male victim told police he was using the restroom when he noticed a cellphone placed through the crack of the stall. After confronting the suspect, the victim alerted building security.

ACPD charged Stewart with peeping and unlawful filming. They released him on a summons.
