10th Taste Of Del Ray: Get Unlimited Tastes From Eateries

ALEXANDRIA, VA—If trying foods from all of your favorite Del Ray restaurants in one day sounds appealing to you, you'll want to check out this event. The 10th annual Taste of Del Ray will happen on Sunday, June 3 from 1 p.m.-3 p.m.

The event will take place at the Mount Vernon Rec Center, 2701 Commonwealth Avenue. Attendees can get unlimited tastes from restaurants and vote for their favorite to win the People's Choice award.

• Pork Barrel BBQ
• Royal Nepal
• SnackBar
• Stomping Ground
• Swings Coffee Roasters
• Taqueria Poblano
• The Happy Tart

Restaurants will compete for the People's Choice and Judges' Choice awards. Here are last year's winners:

Online tickets are $15 and $5 for children under 12. You can also purchase $10 adult and $5 children tickets in person at The Neighborhood Pharmacy of Del Ray (2204 Mt Vernon Ave.), Greener Cleaner of Del Ray (2210 Mt Vernon Ave.), and at the Del Ray Farmers' Market (Saturdays from 8 a.m.-12 p.m.).

The event has sold out, and no tickets will be available at the door. The event is limited to 1,000 tickets total. Taste of Del Ray sold out last year from pre-sales.

Taste of Del Ray is rain or shine. Due to rain, the event is moved to the Mount Vernon Rec Center, 2701 Commonwealth Avenue.
